Technical Foundations for Controlled Decompression Diving

This workshop is designed to sharpen your technical skills and introduce proper handling of a single stage decompression cylinder. You’ll focus on mastering buoyancy and trim under load, team communication protocols, and precise gas switching techniques while maintaining situational awareness and control during ascent and decompression.

All skills are performed in DIR configuration, using double tanks or sidemount setups, and the training simulates real-world decompression dive conditions with a focus on safety, precision, and teamwork.
