What You Will Learn

This is a "Dry Course" (classroom-based) that focuses heavily on practical, hands-on application using medical manikins and emergency equipment.

• Primary Care (CPR): How to handle life-threatening emergencies (cardiac arrest, non-breathing) for both divers and non-divers.
• Secondary Care (First Aid): Bandaging, splinting, and assessing illness or injury.
• Oxygen Administration: Learning to safely assemble and administer pure oxygen—the absolute standard of care for diving accidents.
• AED Use: How to safely deploy an Automated External Defibrillator.

Why Take This Course?

• Rescue Prerequisite: This certification is strictly mandatory if you plan to take the SSI Diver Stress & Rescue or professional Dive Guide courses.
• For Everyone: You don’t have to be a scuba diver to take this. Parents, teachers, and corporate teams take this course to be prepared for daily life emergencies.

Regional Training (GCC-Wide)

We offer this essential 1-day workshop regularly right here at our Kuwait City and UAE facilities. For dive clubs, corporate groups, and schools in Saudi Arabia (KSA), Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman, our instructors can travel directly to your location to conduct on-site First Responder training.
