XR Explorers, LLC

📄 Introduction and Status

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of products (“Products”) by XR Explorers, LLC (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) to you (“You”, “Your”) through our website www.xrexplorers.com (“Site”). Any purchase made is subject to these terms and our related policies.

XR Explorers, LLC operates from the United Arab Emirates. Our business provides premium diving equipment, training, and underwater exploration services throughout the Middle East and beyond.

🛒 Contract and Orders

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase under these Terms & Conditions.
  • The contract is formed only upon acceptance and dispatch of your order. Any items not dispatched are not part of the confirmed contract.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, reject, or partially fulfill any order at our discretion.
  • Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change or correction.
  • Prices are listed in AED. VAT is not charged on Middle East orders. FX or processing fees may apply.
⚠️ Important Restrictions:
  • Special Orders: Custom-configured items (e.g., Seacraft, Drysuits) are non-refundable once submitted to the manufacturer.
  • Shipping: We do not ship to the UK. Global shipping is expanding soon to Europe, Asia, and the U.S.

🛑 Legal Capacity & Safety Notice

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
  • You confirm that you are trained and certified to use diving equipment safely and properly.
  • You agree to follow manufacturer and training agency maintenance standards and safety practices.
  • Our products are sold for certified recreational/technical diving use only unless agreed otherwise.

🔒 Security & Privacy

We use your information strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

Payment details are processed securely via encrypted third-party gateways (e.g. Stripe Payments). We do not store or access your full card data.

Cancellations & Returns

You may cancel your order before dispatch unless it is a Special Order. Full details are available in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Delivery Estimates

  • Dispatch: 1–2 business days.
  • Middle East: Up to 7 business days.
  • International: Up to 14 business days.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for misuse of diving gear, delays beyond our control, or damage caused by incorrect usage. You are responsible for ensuring your own competence and compliance when using specialized dive equipment.

🏛 Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the UAE. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
