GUE Performance Diver

• Duration: 2 Days (Over 16 hours of in-depth training)
• Dives: Minimum 4 long dives encompassing in-water work
• Depth Limit: 18 meters (60 feet)
• Class Size: Can be done with 1 student. Maximum 3 Students
• Configuration: GUE Single or Double Tank System
• Gas Protocol: Nitrox 32% theory and use are included

Prerequisites are strictly enforced by GUE to ensure your success and safety.

• Age & Health: Minimum 12 years old. Must be physically and mentally fit, and must be a non-smoker. A physician’s clearance is required if on prescription meds (excluding birth control) or with any condition that poses a risk during diving.
• Swim Test: Must be able to swim at least 300 yds (275m) in less than 14 minutes without stopping.
• Certification: Must hold an autonomous scuba diver certification (Open Water or equivalent) from a recognized training agency.
• Doubles Experience (If Applicable): If using doubles during the course, you must have conducted at least 10 non-training dives in the GUE double tank configuration OR hold a GUE Doubles Primer certification.
• Drysuit Experience (If Applicable): If using a drysuit during the course, you must have conducted at least 10 non-training dives in a drysuit OR hold a GUE Drysuit Primer certification.

❌ Exclusions (Please Read Carefully):

• Equipment NOT Included: Gear rentals are excluded. Divers must bring or rent their own fully GUE-compliant equipment configuration at an additional charge.
• GUE Registration: A $75 registration fee must be paid directly to GUE prior to the course.
