The decision to dive is easy; the decision on how to train defines your future underwater. GUE (Global Underwater Explorers) is not for everyone. It is for those who seek precision, discipline, and a remarkably higher standard of competence. The GUE Discover Diving program is your opportunity to "test drive" this philosophy without the full commitment of a certification course.

The XR Explorers Exclusive

XR Explorers is the only GUE facility in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain, and one of only four in the UAE. When you step into the water with us, you are accessing a level of education and technical refinement unavailable anywhere else in the region.

What to Expect

This experience will show you what you are really signing up for. Diving is a discipline that requires physical fitness, mental focus, and a team mindset.

  • The Gear: You will not use standard, bulky rental gear. You will dive in a GUE-compliant Single Tank system, giving you a first-hand feel for the streamlined, perfectly balanced configuration used by explorers worldwide.
  • The Skills: We do not kneel on the bottom. Even on day one, we introduce the concepts of true neutral buoyancy, horizontal trim, and precise propulsion techniques.
  • The Mindset: Experience the discipline of gas analysis, pre-dive sequence checks, and team protocols that uniquely define GUE divers.

Program Structure

This is a rigorous, 1-day experience (minimum 4 hours) designed to determine if you, the GUE system, and your instructor are a good fit.

  • Academic & Land Drills: Understanding physics, physiology, and equipment fit. You will practice critical skills and valve management on land before ever entering the water.
  • In-Water Application: A highly focused confined water session (strict 2:1 maximum ratio) to apply your new skills in a perfectly controlled environment. If conditions and comfort allow, this can be followed by an optional open water dive.
