Engineered for the most demanding explorers, it is the first drysuit in the world to utilize UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) as its primary shell. This revolutionary material is as strong—if not stronger—than Aramid (Kevlar®), yet it possesses incredible elastic properties. The result is a precision instrument that is virtually indestructible but moves with you like a wetsuit.
The Material Revolution
The TNT ONE is built layer by layer to provide unmatched agility, warmth, and structural integrity for valve drills, photography, and tight cave restrictions.
- The Shell (UHMWPE): This advanced fabric provides a dynamic 4-way stretch, offering unparalleled freedom of movement underwater.
- The Core (TNT): Beneath the shell lies the proven TNT Core—High-Density Yamamoto Limestone Neoprene combined with Titanium Alpha heat-reflective layers. This makes the suit up to 2x warmer than standard butyl trilaminates.
- The Reinforcements: While the main body stretches, high-wear areas (side panels, belt, zipper protection, and knee pads) are heavily reinforced with DuPont™ Kevlar® for maximum structural integrity.
Innovation in Every Stitch
SF Tech relies on Yamamoto Limestone Neoprene, derived from calcium carbonate rather than oil, ensuring consistent density and insulation at extreme depths. Furthermore, the suit utilizes proprietary Seam Tech—there is no tape to peel off over time. Instead, seams are meticulously sealed with 3 to 5 layers of urethane sealant for permanent, flexible waterproofing.
