The result is a precision-cut suit that is lighter than the full-Kevlar TNT models, yet significantly tougher and warmer than standard membrane suits—making it the ideal choice for everything from open water reef dives to demanding technical wreck penetrations.
Hybrid Construction: Armored Where It Counts
The TNT Classic utilizes a strategic hybrid design to give you armor exactly where you need it, and flexibility where you want it:
- The Core (TNT): Features SF Tech's High-Density Neoprene combined with Titanium heat-reflective layers to provide exceptional insulation and consistent density control at depth.
- The Shell (RipStop): Non-critical areas are constructed from Nylon RipStop—a material renowned in paragliders and sailboats for its incredible strength-to-weight ratio—ensuring the suit remains lightweight and easy to move in.
- The Armor: Despite its lighter weight, the suit is built for abuse. High-stress areas that take the most punishment are heavily reinforced with Aramid Fiber (DuPont™ Kevlar®) on the Arms, Chest, Back, Knees, and Crotch.
