The Quick Release Starting Base – Female is the anchor point of the Carbonarm quick release mounting system. It allows divers to attach and detach accessories such as GoPro housings, lighting systems, arms, and trays from DPVs or rigs effortlessly—while maintaining rock-solid security when locked in place.

Machined in Italy from anticorodal aluminum anodized at 40 microns, this component is built to endure repeated cycles, rough environments, and saltwater exposure. It pairs perfectly with the Quick Release Male Starting Base (PAR/SFL) to complete the system, or can be combined with various Carbonarm accessories including balls, mounts, and dome trays.
