The Halcyon Stainless Steel Backplate is the backbone of a proper technical diving configuration. Designed for divers who require additional negative buoyancy—such as those diving with drysuits or thick wetsuits—this plate allows you to remove weight from your waist belt and distribute it evenly across your back for superior trim.

Each plate is CNC-machined from high-grade 304 stainless steel and individually hand-polished. This process ensures all edges are smooth and rounded, preventing wear on your exposure suit and harness webbing.
