If you’ve never been on a night dive, you’re in for something completely different. The underwater world transforms when the sun goes down. Colors pop, nocturnal creatures emerge from hiding, and the feeling of floating in the dark with just your dive light to guide you is pure magic.

But night diving—and diving in low visibility (silt/murk)—comes with unique challenges. The SSI Night & Limited Visibility Course gives you the confidence to handle them safely.

The XR Explorers Approach: Team Strategy At XR Explorers, we go beyond basic torch use. We focus heavily on Team Diving Strategies. When you can't see far, sticking together and communicating clearly is vital.

  • Light Logic: Learn to use your light as a primary signaling tool (not just for looking at fish).
