It functions as a fully autonomous, complete dive computer across multiple dive types (recreational, technical, and CCR)—meaning there is absolutely no need for a separate wrist-mounted computer. The high-resolution micro-display projects a large, clear virtual image (appearing approx. 20 × 20 cm at a 70 cm distance) that ensures consistent visibility across varying underwater conditions.
CCR Integration & Team Awareness
For rebreather divers, the Symbios HUD offers wireless CCR integration via the Symbios ecosystem, converting compatible wired systems into a wireless, autonomous HUD. It provides a clear, color-coded PO₂ display for lightning-fast interpretation, highlighting normal operation and alerting you instantly when attention is required. Additionally, the unique "buddy screen" feature allows you to monitor your dive partner's or student's key data in real time, supporting vastly improved coordination in team diving.
