Halcyon Closed Circuit SMB 1m (3.3 ft) – Diver Alert Marker

Overview The Halcyon 1m (3.3 ft) Closed Circuit Diver Alert Marker (DAM) is the industry standard for reliable surface signaling. Unlike "open bottom" safety sausages that spill air and deflate if they tip over, this Closed Circuitdesign traps the gas inside. Once inflated, it stays rigid and visible at the surface until you manually release the pressure.

Designed for serious divers, it features an integrated Over-Pressure Valve (OPV). This allows you to shoot the bag from depth; as the gas expands during ascent, the valve automatically vents the excess, preventing the bag from bursting while ensuring it is fully pressurized when it hits the surface.

• Shocking Pink: High visibility in tropical/blue water.

• Yellow: High contrast in darker/green water (or used to signal an emergency).

• Orange: The international standard for surface visibility.

• Pro Tip: Many technical divers carry one color (e.g., Orange) for "Position/OK" and a different color (e.g., Yellow) for "Emergency."

• Deployment from Depth: The integrated OPV allows safe inflation at depth without risk of rupture.

• No-Lock® Connector: The unique inflation valve locks onto a standard Low Pressure (LP) inflator hose for easy filling, or can be orally inflated. It does not lock onto the hose permanently, preventing dangerous uncontrolled ascents.

• Compact Storage: When rolled, it fits perfectly in a Halcyon Thigh Pocket or the MC Storage Pak behind your backplate.

• Lift Capacity: Provides 2.7 kg (6 lb) of lift—enough to support a spool at the surface.
