The SSI Perfect Buoyancy Course is designed to help divers refine their trim, breathing techniques, and movement efficiency for a smoother, more controlled experience underwater.

At XR Explorers, we take buoyancy training to the next level by offering this course in a DIR (Doing It Right) configuration. This means you can use this course as a workshop to learn DIR diving techniques while still practicing and refining all the essential skills of the standard buoyancy course. If you're considering sidemount diving, DPV training, or even progressing toward becoming a dive guide, this course provides the perfect foundation.

During this course, you’ll work on precision buoyancy control, fine-tuning your trim, advanced finning techniques, and maintaining stability in different dive conditions. You’ll also learn how to adjust your weighting, streamline your equipment, and hover effortlessly in multiple positions, making you a more efficient and confident diver.
