ماذا تتوقع

ستوضح لك هذه التجربة ما الذي تسجل فيه حقاً. الغوص هو انضباط يتطلب لياقة بدنية، وتركيزاً ذهنياً، وعقلية جماعية (عمل الفريق).

  • المعدات: لن تستخدم معدات الإيجار القياسية الضخمة. ستغوص في نظام الاسطوانة المفردة متوافق مع GUE، مما يمنحك شعوراً مباشراً بالتكوين الانسيابي والمتوازن تماماً الذي يستخدمه المستكشفون في جميع أنحاء العالم.
  • المهارات: نحن لا نركع على القاع. حتى في اليوم الأول، نقدم مفاهيم الطفو المحايد الحقيقي، والوضعية الأفقية (Trim)، وتقنيات الدفع الدقيقة.
  • العقلية: جرب انضباط تحليل الغاز، وفحوصات ما قبل الغوص، وبروتوكولات الفريق التي تميز غواصي GUE بشكل فريد.

هيكل البرنامج

هذه تجربة ترفيهية ليوم واحد (بحد أدنى 4 ساعات) مصممة لتحديد ما إذا كنت أنت، ونظام GUE، ومدربك متوافقين ومناسبين لبعضكم البعض.

  • التدريبات الأكاديمية والبرية: فهم الفيزياء والفسيولوجيا وملاءمة المعدات. ستتدرب على المهارات الأساسية على اليابسة قبل دخول الماء.
  • التطبيق العملي في الماء: جلسة مياه محصورة عالية التركيز (بحد أقصى طالبين لكل مدرب) لتطبيق مهاراتك الجديدة في بيئة محكمة تماماً. إذا سمحت الظروف والراحة، يمكن أن يتبع ذلك غوصة اختيارية في المياه المفتوحة.
