الطفو هو الأساس الذي لا جدال فيه للغوص الرائع. سواء كنت ترغب في تحسين استهلاكك للهواء، أو الانزلاق بسهولة فوق الشعاب المرجانية الحساسة، أو الثبات بلا حراك لالتقاط صورة، فإن إتقان الطفو يغير الطريقة التي تغوص بها تماماً.

صُممت دورة الطفو المثالي من SSI في XR Explorers لصقل وضعيتك الأفقية (Trim)، وتقنيات التنفس، وكفاءة الحركة للحصول على تجربة أكثر سلاسة وتحكماً تحت الماء.

نحن ننتقل بتدريب الطفو إلى المستوى التالي من خلال تقديم هذه الدورة صراحةً كورشة عمل لتكوين (الغوص بالطريقة الصحيحة - DIR). بدلاً من فصل دراسي ترفيهي عادي، نتعامل مع هذا كعيادة تقنية. يمكنك استخدام هذه الدورة لتعلم أساسيات غوص DIR (وتحديداً نظام اللوح الخلفي والجناح - Backplate & Wing) مع إتقان المهارات الأساسية للطفو. ولمساعدتك على التركيز بالكامل على وضعية جسمك وتعدد المهام، سيتم إجراء جميع غوصات التدريب الخاصة بك باستخدام غاز النيتروكس 32% بدون أي رسوم إضافية، مع تغطية رسوم المسبح والقارب بالكامل.

  • الأوزان الدقيقة: العثور على متطلبات الوزن الدقيقة الخاصة بك (معظم الغواصين يحملون أوزاناً زائدة بشكل خطير!).
  • الوضعية الأفقية (Trim): تحقيق والحفاظ على وضع أفقي مثالي وانسيابي.
