هل أنت مهتم بزيارة العالم تحت الماء، ولكنك لست متأكداً تماماً من مدى راحتك هناك؟ احصل على لمحة عما يعنيه التواجد تحت الماء مع دورة غواص السكوبا من GUE. تعلمك هذه الدورة جميع المهارات الأساسية المطلوبة لغوص آمن ومريح مع تقييد عمق غوصاتك إلى 12 متراً (40 قدماً). نظراً لخبرتك المحدودة في هذه المرحلة، ستغوص دائماً تحت الإشراف المباشر لمحترف غوص.

لمن هذه الدورة؟

قد تكون دورة غواص السكوبا من GUE هي أفضل خطوة أولى إذا كنت ترغب في الغوص حصرياً تحت إشراف محترفي الغوص. ربما ترغب في الحصول على الرعاية الإضافية التي يمكنهم تقديمها، أو ربما تفضل خوض تجارب جديدة بزيادات ومراحل صغيرة.

ماذا ستتعلم؟

تشمل نتائج الدورة المبادئ الأساسية للغوص، وكيفية عمل المعدات، وكيف يتأثر جسمك بتغيرات الضغط في الماء. ستتعلم مهارات ممتعة ستجعلك تشعر بالثقة والكفاءة تحت الماء وتساعدك على التغلب على بعض المشاكل الأساسية التي قد تحدث أثناء غوصاتك.

  • منصة الاستقرار: ستتعلم الطفو الجيد والوضعية الأفقية (Trim) (البقاء في حدود 30 درجة من الوضع الأفقي وفي نطاق 1.5 متر من العمق المستهدف).
  • الدفع (Propulsion): أداء اثنتين على الأقل من تقنيات الدفع المناسبة للبيئات الحساسة بشكل مريح، وفهم آليات الركلة الخلفية (Backward kick).
  • السلامة والإنقاذ: تدريبات مشاركة الهواء (S-drill)، ومهارات السكوبا الأساسية الخمسة، وتفريغ القناع، وإجراءات الصعود والنزول الآمنة.
  • إدارة الغاز: فهم أساسي لغوص النيتروكس، وأهمية تحليل الغاز، وحدود اللاحاجة لتخفيف الضغط (MDLs).
